Neema Girls Project Empowering, Equipping & Training Girls

3,000 girls in Kenya have been reached through the Neema Girls Project.

Our ministry empowers young women in the Kiambu, Kenya region through the truth and love of Jesus Christ to become responsible, independent, and self-sufficient individuals.

Our History

Our story starts with a passionate and faithful woman named Grace. We have since grown to be an organization spreading God’s love across Kenya.

“Neema Girls Project's purpose and mission have been divinely appointed by the Lord, and its expansion is undeniable.

Are you ready to join us in making a difference in the lives of young girls through the timeless influence of the Gospel?”

— Grace John, Founder and Executive Director

Our Stories

We think the best way for you to learn about the Neema Girls Project is by viewing photos of the young women in our program and hearing their stories!

WHAT WE DO

  • The “safe house” is a 3-bedroom home that offers a secure place for vulnerable girls to live.

  • Our main priority is teaching young women how to live out their beliefs in Jesus everyday.

  • We provide skills training to women so they can build a strong future for themselves

Milele Makao: Building Hope & Building Futures

Many young girls in Kenya do not have the means to go to school or learn skills to support themselves. Without job skills or an education, they are very vulnerable to trafficking or becoming child brides.

God has given the Neema Girls Project land to build housing and farm in close proximity to areas of need in Kenya. Your gifts will allow Neema Girls Project to expand their capacity and facilities to reach an even greater number of girls in Kenya.
